You’re going to want to mark your calendars for the Annual Boulevard Park Block Party & lowrider car show that you won’t want to miss! We’re planning a full day of good vibes, good people, and ways to support our incredible local community.
We're kicking things off with a super cool lowrider show hosted by Lifetime Car Club that starts at 12pm. Arrive early for the best seats in the streets!
What else are we up to?
* For the kiddos: We've got fun activities at the library, including a special art session led by our very own local Latina artist, Amaranta Sandys. You’ll definitely want to bring the little ones by!
* Shop local: We'll have a fantastic local vendor and resource market. Find beautiful art from local artists, precious plants, and if you’re up for it, a traditional limpia (cleansing) from Casa Surya. It's the perfect spot to find something unique and support folks right here in our neighborhood.
* Food: Grab your Mexican favorites at Taqueria Jalisco and Cafe Dulzura along with Mexican snacks at Luciana’s Market. If you’re feeling Pho, check out Pho Teriyaki Wok and Pho BT. Plus, we've got some special guest food vendors joining us: Little Chicken Burger, locally made ice cream, and delicious lumpia. Come hungry!
* La Musica: Catch DJ Sugar Bear will be spinning blessing us with their beats all day!
* Performances: We're excited to have Cana Dulce, a vibrant Costa Rican folklorico group, performing for us.
Come hang out, bring a chair & check out the cars, grab some good food, find some art and help us show some love to all the incredible local businesses and talent we have. See ya there!
