Past Life Regression Workshop with Stacie Frost

Join Stacie as she takes you through gentle guided meditations to open your subconscious mind where you can explore your past life memories.

Bring a note pad, pen, phone camera, to record your experiences you have and a packed lunch something light to eat in the break.

You are welcome to bring a mat and a blanket to lie down instead of sitting.
