This gentle practice blends Hatha and restorative movement with meditation and conscious breathwork—inviting you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner landscape. It’s ideal for beginners, pregnant goddesses, or anyone recovering from injury.

With over 16 years of experience leading yoga and meditation around the world, Carolyn brings a grounded, lighthearted presence to her teachings. Her approach is rooted in mindfulness, breath awareness, and nervous system support, shaped by studies in breathwork, Yin, traumatic brain injury, and end-of-life care.

You'll be guided to move with intention, breathe deeply, and remember: it’s never too late to come back to yourself.
