Join LJ YogaNature from Vernon BC for a Pop-UP Yoga class in the park,
THIS Friday Aug 29, AND Saturday Aug 30, 9am to 10:05am.
LJ has been teaching yoga around Canada for almost 10 years now! She has over 500 hours of training, and thousands of class hours taught.
LJ makes her home on the lake in Vernon BC, and teaches around the North Okanangan, and this weekend in beautiful Whistler! Catch her flow... you will be so stoked you did!
🧘♀️This is an ALL-Levels Flow class (friday) and Flow to Yin (Saturday).
Immerse your practice in nature, with or without your mat.
LJ guides you in this 65 min dynamic Vinyasa flow to Yin class to stimulate your senses and ground the summer fire.
Pre-registration is not necessary,
however you can text her with Any questions, anytime 604 369 0101.
If you have a block, bring it! but it's not necessary.
🧚♀️Arrive 10-15 min early if possible, and cash payment preferred of $15 for class,
👯♀️OR bring friend! Pay together and save, 2 for $25.
