Celebrate 50 years of the Resort Municipality of Whistler with an evening of art, stories, and community connection. The Trailblazers & Tomorrow Makers Art Party honours Whistler’s pioneering past while looking ahead to its creative future.
Discover artwork from Whistler’s cultural trailblazers alongside new creations from a special mentorship program that paired emerging artists with established local icons. At 6:30 pm, gather in the Gallery for a fireside-style chat with mentors and mentees as they share their experiences of creating artwork across generations.
Get creative at our interactive stations: contribute to a community mural celebrating Whistler’s past, present, and future, or write a letter to your future self with hopes for what the next 50 years might hold.
To top it all off, enjoy light bites from Picnic Whistler as you mingle, connect, and celebrate.
