Join Tina Pashumati & Julie for a special Earth Day practice, where movement, mantra, and meditation come together in deep harmony.

Julie will use crystal bowls with Tina for the most divine savasana

Chant & Align – Invoke the energy of new beginnings with the mantra: Om Gam Ganapataye Namah

Earth Peace Meditation – Close the practice with a deep, guided meditation to honor the land and cultivate inner and outer peace.
