Reiki is a method of healing developed by Mikao Usui in Japan. Reiki is a natural healing energy that works on the mind, body and spirit promoting self- healing ability. Shoden is a Japanese word meaning 'first teachings'. You will learn how to help yourself with a daily healing practice and how you can also help your friends and family using Japanese healing techniques.
The course will provide you with:
* An introduction to the history of reiki.
* Meditation techniques to strengthen and clear your mind, body and spirit.
* An understanding of the energetic system of reiki and its benefits.
* How to apply the reiki precepts within your life to enable you to feel happier and healthier.
* The ability to heal yourself and others using original hand positions.
* Attunements/Reiju (blessings)
This two day workshop is being held at The Darling Way, Newcastle upon Tyne. The cost is £185 and held over two days accordance with the Reiki Council’s guidelines. Andrea has a 7th generation lineage (approved by the U.K. Reiki Federation)
The course includes your manual, certificate and access to my Reiki Facebook group. A deposit of £85 is required at the time of booking via bank transfer (non-refundable) The remainder £100 balance is to be paid on the first day of course.
