Location: Wheeling Heritage, 1400 Main Street, 1st floor

No experience needed; slow-flow, trauma-informed yoga. Please bring mat & blanket, if possible. We'll have a few to lend, too.

Option to stay and enjoy lunch or a drink together at River City afterwards!
