Each month, a different class theme including a free candle, complimentary herbal tea and private (optional) shopping experience. Welcome to Almost Heaven Yoga, with Lindsay Schooler, Kara Baum, and Ananga Martin. Class size limited to six.
Complimentary Appalachian Roots Apothecary herbal tea is on tap throughout our slow flow yoga experience. A specially curated gently scented Almost Heaven candle will be treating our senses. You will learn a variety of simple & accessible movement, breathwork, and relaxation. September class theme will leave you with lifelong tools to manage stress and improve quality of life.
Bring a mat & blanket, and any comfort items you like. Blocks, bolsters & tennis balls provided. Cozy space for six.
