🧘🏻♀️❄️✨
Welcome. Settle into a comfortable seat or lie down, letting your body arrive fully.
Take a slow breath in through your nose… and a long, steady breath out through your mouth.
Feel the weight of winter around you — quiet, soft, and full of possibility.
Allow your eyes to soften or close gently.
Let the spine lengthen as if creating space between each vertebra…
and let your shoulders melt down and away from your ears.
Begin with a gentle cleansing breath.
Inhale through your nose for a count of four…
Hold softly at the top…
Then exhale through pursed lips for a count of six.
Feel the warmth inside your body begin to rise — like a small ember glowing at the center of your chest.
Again… inhale for four…
Hold…
Exhale for six.
Now let your hands land on your low ribs.
Feel the breath expand sideways, like wings lifting.
Each inhale nourishes.
Each exhale releases what you no longer need.
Imagine a gentle winter wind moving through you —
not cold, but refreshing.
It clears space the way winter clears the landscape:
simple, open, honest.
Bring your attention to the center of your belly.
Picture a warm golden light swirling slowly in a clockwise motion.
This is your inner fire, your winter warmth.
On your next few breaths, imagine the light clearing tension in the belly…
inviting renewal, digestion, clarity.
Allow this light to travel upward into your ribs and heart space.
With every inhale, feel expansion.
With every exhale, feel release.
If you’d like, take a gentle seated twist to one side — nothing forced, just a soft rotation.
Let the exhale help you unravel what feels heavy.
Return to center
and gently twist to the opposite side,
breathing out anything you’re ready to set down.
Let the twist wring out old thoughts, old stories, and old patterns —
making room for the new year ahead.
Slowly come back to neutral.
Rest your hands on your heart or your belly.
Now shift into renewal breath —
Inhale deeply through the nose…
Exhale gently through the nose…
letting the breath feel warm, smooth, and steady.
Each inhale invites new energy.
Each exhale clears space for it.
Picture yourself standing at the edge of a new season.
Behind you: the months you’ve lived through, full of lessons and growth.
Before you: a path of fresh snow — untouched, full of possibility.
With every breath, you take a step forward into that open, quiet landscape.
You feel lighter.
You feel clearer.
You feel renewed.
Take one more deep breath in…
and as you exhale, imagine releasing the final bit of tension you’ve carried.
Let it dissolve into the ground beneath you.
Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Your body is warm.
Your mind is clear.
Your heart is open.
Take a soft inhale…
and a long exhale.
When you’re ready, gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Let your eyes open slowly, letting in the light of the room.
Welcome back.
Carry this sense of detox and renewal with you as you move into the rest of your day —
steady, warm, and ready for the season ahead.

Info: Begin with a gentle invitation to arrive fully in the moment. Students connect with their breath, gather their energy, and set an intention for what they want to release and what they want to renew. This opening creates a warm, grounded container for the rest of the practice, helping everyone settle into a winter-inspired sense of calm and clarity.
Info: Move through a few rounds of Surya Namaskar A to awaken the body and build comfortable warmth. This heat supports winter detoxification, increases circulation, and prepares the muscles and joints for deeper movement. The sequence stays accessible and steady, encouraging students to feel into their breath and create inner fire without overwhelm.
Info: Transition into a series of seated shapes that explore twists, forward folds, and side-body stretches. These postures support digestion, release tension, and offer a grounding counterbalance to the cold, external energy of winter. Students move slowly and intentionally, allowing space for renewal, reflection, and deeper breath awareness.
Info: Ease into gentle core activation from your manual to support stability, posture, and energetic warmth. This section strengthens the center without strain, helping students feel supported and connected from within. The movements guide the practice toward stillness while maintaining a sense of inner heat and clarity.
Info: Settle into deep relaxation as you’re guided through a calming winter-themed meditation designed to support detox, clarity, and renewal. Crystal bowl vibrations wash over the body, helping release tension, soothe the nervous system, and create spaciousness within. The sound waves encourage gentle energetic clearing while inviting warmth, rest, and inner brightness—perfect for entering the winter season feeling grounded and refreshed.
Info: End with a quiet, heart-centered moment of reflection. Students integrate the warmth they built and revisit the intention they set at the start. This closing ceremony invites them to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to the fresh-start energy of the winter season. A soft breath, a grounded moment, and a gentle transition back into the day.
