Facilitator Bio Bryant Sturden, CHT: As a Certified RTT Hypnotherapist, I have experienced trauma growing up which kept me from truly loving myself and loving others. Through various modalites I was able to reconcile the past trauma and see who I am and love myself and others freely. I became a certified hypnotherapist and reiki master/teacher to bring this healing of trauma and facilitate love, peace and harmony within.

Together we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root cause of your trauma and bring healing and resolution to your spiritual, physical and emotional health.

Facilitator Bio Tina McDonald: My name is Tina. I am a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and an affiliate member of the International Center for Reiki Training. I am at least a third-generation intuitive on my father’s side of the family and was first introduced to the metaphysical and spiritual world at a young age. I began my studies in 2020 where I found solace in the healing properties of Reiki. I am also attuned in Karuna, Holy Fire, Dragon, Crystal, Shamanic and Angelic Reiki, and draw from all these modalities during a Reiki session. In addition to practicing Reiki, I offer Tarot, Oracle, Runes and Pendulum divination. I am certified to conduct EFT tapping sessions and aura cleansings. I am also a published author and the moderator of the monthly Live With The Guides online group channeling event on www.speakingfromsource.com.
