Sick Cells is a national advocacy nonprofit for Sickle Cell Disease founded by Ashley and Marqus Valentine, two DuPage County natives whose family and lives have been impacted by sickle cell disease (SCD).
Sick Cells’ mission is to elevate the voices of the SCD community and our stories of resilience to influence decision makers and propel positive change. Come enjoy some refreshments, learn more about us, and how you can get involved.
