Join us for a soul-nourishing evening of Reiki & Sound Healing led by two deeply intuitive and compassionate healers — Tina McDonald and Jenny Bergold.

To ensure participants receive optimal time receiving Reiki during the event you may receive Reiki from either practitioners Tina McDonald or Daniel Santana.

No need to bring yoga mats. Because participants will be receiving the healing touch of Reiki (unless otherwise requested not to), you will be comfortably seated while meditating.

Every participant also has the option of receiving an Oracle card pull at the end of the meditation.

This event is open to all, whether you are experienced in meditation or trying it for the first time. Come prepared to release, realign, and open yourself to the healing energies of sound and Reiki.

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing technique that originated in Japan. It works by channeling universal life force energy to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The practitioner acts as a conduit for this energy, helping to clear energetic blockages and promote balance in the body’s natural energy system.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in healing sound waves produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. The frequencies gently guide the mind and body into a deeply relaxed state.

🌿 Jenny Bergold started practicing yoga in 1999 and teaching in 2009. Jenny discovered yoga to calm the body and strengthen the mind. Jenny has her 200 Hour Hatha certification from Heaven Meets Earth Yoga in Evanston, IL and her 200 Hour Kundalini certification from Spirit Rising Yoga in Chicago, IL. Jenny is also certified in Prenatal, Restorative, Yin, and Radiant Child Yoga. Jenny's classes and sound healings focus on the mind and meditation, healing the body through asana and sound, and uplifting the spirit through inspiration.

🌿 Tina McDonald, founder of The Agape House, is an intuitive healer and Usui Reiki Master Teacher with a gift for holding space for deep transformation and soul healing. Tina is a third-generation intuitive on her father’s side and was introduced to the metaphysical and spiritual world from a young age. She began her formal studies in 2020, discovering profound healing through the practice of Reiki. She is attuned in multiple Reiki modalities, including Karuna, Holy Fire, Dragon, Crystal, Shamanic, and Angelic Reiki, drawing from each of these during her sessions to support deep energetic transformation.

In addition to Reiki, she offers divination through Tarot, Oracle cards, Runes, and Pendulum work. She is certified in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) tapping and aura cleansing, offering clients a well-rounded and intuitive healing experience.

A published author and podcast interviewee, she also serves as the moderator of Live with The Guides, a monthly online group channeling event hosted on speakingfromsource.com.
