About the event

In Person Meeting: the Budget
Shawn Healy, PhD, Chief Policy and Advocacy Officer for iCivics will be our presenter. Shawn chaired the Illinois Task Force on Civic Education in 2014 and has led successful legislative campaigns for required civics courses in Illinois. He also serves as an adjunct professor in Public Policy at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
