Ready to take your harvest from garden to pantry? Join us for an introductory class on canning where you’ll learn the basics of preserving food safely and deliciously.



Join Jess Shrock in this hands-on workshop. She will guide you step-by-step through making your own homemade pasta sauce and teach you the fundamentals of water bath canning.



Whether you’re working with garden-fresh tomatoes or local farmers market finds, you’ll leave with the confidence and knowledge to can your own produce at home. Each participant will go home with a jar of sauce they made in class, along with recipes, safety tips, and a beginner-friendly guide to canning.



Perfect for first-timers or anyone looking to brush up on the basics—no prior experience needed!
