Somatic Movement is a gentle, mindful approach to improving body awareness and movement quality. Rooted in sensorimotor education, this practice uses *pandiculations*—intentional sequences of sensing, contracting, and releasing—to retrain muscle memory, enhance motor control, and release deeply held tension. The result is greater ease of movement, relief from chronic discomfort, and a restoration of your body’s natural alignment.
Pandiculation is a natural neuromuscular process that helps reset the nervous system and lower the baseline level of muscular tension. Through guided practice, you’ll learn to move with more awareness, comfort, and control—building a deeper connection between mind and body.
