The Full Moon swells in her fullness reminding us to expand into breath, to move and remember that the act of feeling itself is a sacred art in these times. To allow emotion to move us into depth and new terrain that we might know every feeling as an offering to the Breath of Life.
Feel it all, beloveds…
the ache, the awe, the uncertainty, the grace.
Each tear shed, a libation poured upon the altar of aliveness.
May our bodies become the brush,
that paints our prayers upon the ground of gestation,
This we shall claim as our harvest
not only the fruits of what we’ve grown,
but the depth of what we allow ourselves to feel.
Let us breathe with the Moon,
to dance with our own becoming,
To remember that these feelings are
the way Spirit speaks through us and guides us into our next season of living.
