Feed Your Soul Fitness Walking Group – Free Community Event
Join us for an evening walk around beautiful Berkeley Lake where there are beautiful views of the mountains and lake!
This free community walking group is all about connection, movement, and fresh air. We'll meet at **6:00pm** then begin walking at **6:15pm** and aim for up to two laps around the lake (about 2 miles total), but feel free to go at your own pace and do what feels good for you. (One lap around the lake is 1 mile and approx 20 min depending on your walking speed)
Whether you’re looking to boost your step activity, meet like-minded people, or just enjoy a peaceful walk in nature, you’re welcome here!
Please meet at the play ground by the rec center at 6:00pm. Bring water. and sunglasses.
