FREE Chakra Flow Yoga

This all-levels yoga class offers a serene yet empowering flow designed to balance and align the seven chakras.

Through breathwork, mindful movement, and guided meditation, we’ll explore each energy center from root to crown.

Participants will be kneeling, seated, standing, lying down as well as doing poses such as downward facing dog. If you have particular limitations, please arrive no later than 10 minutes before class starts to talk to the coach about modifications.


Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, this class provides a grounding and uplifting experience for body, mind, and spirit.
