Join us for a 4 week Yoga Series where we meet twice a week, every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-7:15pm.

End your evenings with our Gentle Yoga Flow class, tailored to meet you where you’re at.
Start with a low intensity mobility warm-up flow to prepare your body and engage the mind.
Move into a standing flow designed to cultivate balance and strength while maintaining a gentle approach.
Conclude with a mobility cool down on the mat to ease any remaining tension or stress.
This class will have participants seated, kneeling, lying down, and standing. Some positions will include downward facing dog and twisting.
If you have specific limitations with your body, please let us know ahead of time so we can plan certain modifications.
Feel free to bring your own mat, blankets, pillows or straps. Dress in layers for comfort.
