Preparing the mind, body and spirit for the sound journey ahead, we will relax, breathe and connect to our heart centre. A powerful tool to bring you into presence and deep inner connection.
YOGA NIDRA:
A way to sharpen your deepest inner awareness and learn how to be awake, even whilst you sleep.
SOUND JOURNEY:
Sound has been observed, harnessed and utilised in indigenous cultures for longer than history has been recorded. Our ancestors understood the power of unity and sound in ways we are now reconnecting with in modern times.
Using the instruments of both ancient cultures and modern man, you will be bathed in sound and receive frequencies that work with different energetic centres (chakras) in our body, but also assist to release stored impressions, promote moments of clarity and insight, and even have the capacity to heal the physical body as well as uplifting and relaxing the mind.
Jack Lewis (Willow Creations) will be bringing his musical talents and medicine to this event now. He is the creator of incredible flutes and didgeridoos, and will take you on an incredible journey.
Two hour duration. All you have to do is get comfortable, relax and allow the vibrations to do their work.
