We'll be meeting IRL at the Gallery and online.
We'll bring in the jug and coffee pot and some snacks.
What to expect:
The AGM is a good opportunity to meet the governance team, hear about the financials, reports from the Photo Studio, Exhibitions team, and Fundraising team, nominate people for any new roles, and have a say on decision making.
This year we start at 1:30pm with a Special General Meeting (SGM) to update our constitution, followed by a short break, and then onto the Annual General Meeting (AGM). We hope as many members as possible can join us for both.
If you're curious, the governance team is a group of volunteers committed to the long term sustainability of our cool organisation. We do much of the behind the scenes work, like planning, projects, how to spend our funding, and applying for sponsorship and grants.

Nominations for Committee positions:
Members of the committee shall be nominated from attendees at each Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the event that written nominations are not received by the Administrator seven (7) days prior to the AGM.
Voting may be by:
1. Voice;
2. Show of hands;
3. Written Proxy, of those members unable to attend the AGM or SGM;
4. Secret Ballot for contentious issues.
