Coronation Scenic Reserve Foray

Free foray for anyone who likes fungi. We're out looking for mushrooms and having a go at working out what genus and species they are. It’s a fun, relaxed ramble to see what we can see.

Bring yourself, sensible clothes/shoes (think mud and rain and cold), snacks/water, and your mushroom gear if you’re that way inclined – eg hand lens, mirror for looking under caps, field guide.

Meet on Kauika Road West at the trailhead. We'll leave fairly promptly but we'll be moving slowly so you should be able to find us even if you run late!
