In this unique workshop, you’ll be invited to sit or recline comfortably as Emily leads you through an inner journey using carefully curated music to stimulate imagination, emotional awareness, and rest.

This multidisciplinary experience is designed to help you reconnect with your inner world. No musical experience necessary. Come just as you are.
