As part of Whangārei’s Festival of Consent (5–11 May), join the specialist team from the Miriam Centre for an open and informative session focused on how to support children and young people in conversations about consent.

Tailored for parents, caregivers, and adults working with rangatahi, this session will offer:

Professional insights into age-appropriate consent conversations

Guidance on how to respond to disclosures

Information on the support services available to young people and their whānau

This is a safe and supportive space to grow your confidence, ask questions, and connect with others committed to raising empowered, informed young people.
