COMMUNITY PLANTING DAY AT HOME BAY

𝗣𝗔̄𝗡𝗨𝗜: 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗔𝗧 𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗕𝗔𝗬

� Come and contribute to something truly transformational - grow with your neighbours at our Community Tree Planting Day!

�Over 10 years of community toil culminates this June -the final piece of the Home Bay habitat puzzle is ready to be planted.

�+�= �= �= �Converting non-productive conservation land into biodiverse food webs. Nectar and pollen > Bees, beetles and moths > Geckos, weta and spiders = Increase in birds and invertebrates.

As Helen Keller said “Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much”. 2025 marks significant mahi for many reasons but it’s satisfying to honour our commitment to the Matariki Tu Rākau/Billion trees 2028 programme (700,000,000 trees planted to December 2024).
