Combined Clubs Duathlon/Timetrial

Join the Whangārei Tri and Athletics Clubs in a friendly duathlon. Register at 9.00am for a 9:30 start at the Kara Kokopu Hall on Kara Road.
Three options - short (2.5kmrun/7kmbike/1.25kmrun) or medium (2.5kmrun/14kmbike/2.5kmrun) or long (7kmrun/21kmbike/2.5kmrun) or just cycle 35km (5 laps) for the committed cyclists.
Make a team if you are run phobic cyclist or form a team with Athletics runners on the day.
Sausage sizzle to follow.

Entry free for club members and $10 for non members.
