I’m so excited to be part of this special day of wellness offerings- a celebration of movement, nature, and community.

I’ll be offering 3 outdoor Pilates mat classes at 11am, 12pm, and 1pm.
Just $10, open-air, surrounded by trees, fresh water, and good vibes.

✨ Move, breathe, and align- under the open sky.
These mat-based classes focus on core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. All levels welcome.
