Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, release themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy. You will be gifted a cup of Ceremonial Cacao on arrival to help to being you into the heart space and then let the music take you on a journey.
