Xmas is looming, and it feels the perfect time to commit to a weekly guided meditation practice for self support.

Join me for six weeks and I will guide you through a half hour sit, where we learn to focus the mind.

A focused mind is far more productive than one that is not. Through this practice, we can end up getting more things done because of greater efficiency.

No meditation experience necessary as I will be guiding you. (You are not expected to assume the meditation position we see some people do. We can sit comfortably.)
