Summer Pop Up Classes with Richard Lanza and Shawn Cornelison at Open Doors Weymouth, MA

Join in the good vibes with Richard Lanza (Founder of Open Doors) & Shawn Cornelison for some old-fashioned Friday night yoga flow classes. Any previous experience with a vinyasa style class is encouraged.

Room temperature will be warm.
