I'm Alice a Physiotherapist and APPI certified pilates instructor specialising in pregnancy and postnatal pilates.

My Pregnancy Pilates classes are starting back on Monday 7th July.

Safely exercise throughout your pregnancy, help prevent and manage pelvic floor symptoms and pelvic girdle pain by learning how to effectively engage your pelvic floor and core muscles alongside modified pilates exercises, relaxation and stretches to help prepare you for a calmer and more empowered birth.
