Join our relaxed, welcoming group where you can learn new cooking techniques, share meals, and make new friends along the way.

Carers and support workers are more than welcome to join in too!

Got kids? Bring them along! Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult.

Each week, we’ll explore something new – from smart food budgeting and shopping hacks to batch cooking and reducing waste. You’ll help prepare the recipes and then sit down to eat with the group. Yum!
