Introduction to Sea Swimming

A small friendly group, designed to help build your confidence in the sea. You will learn about safety in the water, how to judge when it is safe to swim, what kit you REALLY need and how to cope if something was to go wrong.
Come and dip or swim, skins or wetsuits, everyone welcome. You must be confident swimming 25m in a pool (it doesn't have to be elegant!)
The emphasis in this group is on enjoying the benefits of cold water immersion and having fun, under the guidance and watchful eye of a qualified SLSGB beach lifeguards and open water swimming coach.
