Fusion - Yogalates Class.

A full length (90 minute) class with experience (20+ years) Yoga Therapist and Pilates Instructor, to encompass as much of yogas and Pilates wonderful physical and mental benefits.

We work on breath, mobility, strength and stability, balance and relaxation. This class has more of a pilates emphasis (classic and contemporary) than Vernyoga's other classes working to strengthen the core, hips and back.

This class is suitable for beginners as well as those with a little experience. The class is for people in general good health so if you have any health issues that you feel you need advice on for practice, then feel free to get in touch to ask questions.

Everyone is encouraged to do what they can, don’t have to do it all at once and just build the practice up week by week with a friendly group where’s there’s always a little chat beforehand.
