Forest Bathing at Latodami

REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Experience the calming beauty of the forest at dusk on this guided forest bathing walk. Through a series of prompts, you'll be invited to slow down, engage your senses, and connect with nature. The walk includes time for quiet reflection and optional group sharing and ends with tea and a sharing circle at twilight.

Dress in warm, comfortable layers and bring a flashlight for the walk back. Sit-upons are provided or bring a blanket or small camp stool for the optional seated portion. The walk covers about a quarter mile on mostly flat terrain and is suitable for all fitness levels.
