This week we’re covering two bike basics:
🔧 10–11am – The M-Check
A simple pre-ride safety check to keep your bike happy.
🔧 11–12pm – Punctures & Inner Tubes
Never changed one before? Come and watch, practise, and feel more confident. We’ll also chat about the spares worth carrying on a ride – because even if you don’t fix it yourself, the right kit means someone else can help.
