Join Buzzards Bay Coalition for a Snowy Owl Prowl at Gooseberry Island! Snowy owls can be found in Massachusetts from November through April and are active during the day. While sightings aren’t guaranteed and this program isn’t expert-led, we’ve had good luck spotting them here in the past. Embark on an exciting hike as we search for these majestic birds, and if we’re fortunate enough to find one, we’ll observe from a respectful distance to avoid disturbing it.
