Zumba with Sabrina

Join Sabrina for a fun packed half an hour of Zumba Fitness Tuesday mornings 9.30-10am.

This class is suitable for beginners and all abilities. Join in with the full actions or take it easy, its your choice. Children are welcome (they remain your responsibility) and there is a small play area set up if they don't want to join in.

Why not stay afterwards and enjoy a cuppa and a slice of homemade cake in our community café? Cost is 'pay what you can' donations to Sabrina, the instructor.
