Tai Chi with Jo
Come and enjoy some relaxing time with stretches into Tai Chi. A nice session to help with well being and keeping in shape. Weekly sessions but no commitment required. £8pp and open to all ages and abilities, simply turn up and do what you can.
A great way to bring people together in the community too!
