Our Sound Bath sessions at 'Locking Parish Hall' Grenville Avenue, Locking, Weston-Super-Mare, BS24 8AR, will continue with regular monthly sessions (Every first Sunday of the month 7pm-8pm).
We would absolutely love for you to join us any time it works for you!
Please just drop us a message as soon as convenient to allocate the space (The exchange of £10 to be made by cash on the evening).
Although we have noted 7-8pm, there is a prompt start but there is flexibility with the finish, so feel free to stay for a chat and to pull some Oracle cards.
Please bring water but we will supply some too, as it is important to drink plenty afterwards, after working on and releasing all of those blocked and stuck energies. It is also important to continue to drink plenty of water a couple of days afterwards.
Please bring with you what you will feel most comfortable on e.g a mat, blow up mattress, blankets. pillows/cushions to support your head and maybe one for under your legs, to help support your back. We want you to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible.
The sound bath is a practice to cleanse the energies and natural vibrations of the body, to release, re-centre, and restore, as your body works with the sound frequencies; and to be guided to a place of complete inner calm and peace, whilst focusing on an area of restoration or connection. Each individual will have different experiences of this. For instance, some may be visual, others more physical sensations, some highly spiritual. Whatever the experience, it is generally of a unique and beautiful experience.
It is advised that if you are pregnant, have a severe mental health condition or have a heart condition, that you consult your doctor before joining these types of practices. (Please feel free to contact us if you would like further information on this).
