Join us for a transformative session of **Insight Meditation, Mindfulness, & Yoga** in the heart of E17!
Our workshop is a restorative session designed to help you cultivate inner peace, reduce suffering, and promote flourishing for all beings. We will be blending ancient wisdom with evidence from modern science, including psychology and neuroscience, to provide you with practical tools to navigate life's difficulties with peace, kindness, and compassion.
This is an inclusive workshop where all are welcome, including complete beginners and people with limited abilities. Come as you are.
