Grief Hike with Alive Hospice

Come move through your grief in the peace and stillness of the natural world.

This hike will take place at Larkspur Conservation's nature preserve at Taylor Hollow, and is for adults (18+) who need extra support in their grief journey.

The difficulty level of this hike is a moderate challenge level and will be led by Alive Hospice Grief Counselor, Stephanie Larson. During this hike participants will hike, move through guided meditation, and practice self-reflection and journal style prompts surrounded by the beauty of the natural world.

Those who join this hike will leave having learned useful how nature can be a friend and collaborator on your grief journey, as well as useful tools to comfort your grief whenever you need. Join us at Larkspur's Taylor Hollow property before the heat of summer begins.

The event is free but registration is required.
