Sound Meditation with Nina & Mike

The Equinox marks the transition from Summer to Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere. We honor this turning point as a time of harvest, reflection, and preparation for the winter months ahead. Join us in a practice to find balance as the great wheel turns, guiding the seasonal dance between Earth and Sun. Relax to the peaceful tones of crystal singing bowls and release to the shimmer of gongs.

Wear comfy clothing. Bring floor props, blankets, pillows. Mats and bolsters will be provided. Please arrive early as doors close promptly at the start of class.
