This 6-week course is designed to help you reduce stress, increase flexibility, build muscle, and be more mindful.
You will be led by our incredible instructor, Yee Leng, as she introduces yoga to the layperson with a focus on how to make yoga poses fit your body and not the other way around. And with this class specifically for beginners, you will be surrounded by people also new to yoga as we all cultivate a supportive and non-competitive environment.
You don’t have to rock a pair of yoga pants, just wear comfortable clothing. We have plenty of yoga mats and props for students to use, but if you have your own mat please feel free to bring it. Also bring a water bottle and a sense of humor!
