Sound Meditation with Nina & Mike

Step into the golden glow of late summer with a sound meditation designed to help you slow down, savor life’s richness, and reconnect with your inner light. We begin with a short meditation practice and continue the journey with guided imagery. Reset to the pure tones of crystal bowls and the powerful shimmer of gongs.

Wear comfy clothing. Bring floor props, blankets, pillows. Mats and bolsters will be provided. Please arrive early as doors close promptly at the start of class.
