Sound Meditation with Nina & Mike

Join certified gong practitioner and yoga teacher Michael Vecchi for a unique practice.

Sink deeply into the mystical tones of crystal singing bowls and chimes to then be swept away into the shimmering tones of the gong. We begin with a short meditation practice and continue the journey with guided imagery. Wear comfy clothing. Bring floor props, blankets, pillows and mats. Please arrive early as doors close promptly at the start of class.
