Come join us for our Mothers Day training session! You will learn how to use protective sprays like pepper spray. In this course you will use training aids that spray water from a pepper spray canister. This course will also teach you how to remove yourself from someones grip. This course is made to be an hands-off approach to defending yourself without having to punch or kick. Come check this course out with the people you love and want to protect the most!
