Blue Zones are the places on earth where people live the longest and are healthiest. Eating to 100 covers how to eat and live like the world’s healthiest people. Discuss ways of eating that yielded the statistically longest-lived people. Best of all, sample dishes prepared from these regions and take home recipes to try.
