Aug. 19: Cat Adoption Event at The Terraces at Westminster

Come adopt a new furry friend! The Terraces at Westminster is partnering with the Carroll County Humane Society for a Cat Adoption Event on Tuesday Aug. 19 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The event takes place at the senior living community located at 45 Washington Road in Westminster.
